For additional comfort and support the lower part of the sling is lined with Spacer material for extra support around the hips.This makes the sling more comfortable for use of extended period of time or for repetitive movements.
This model sling is used for hoisting patents and users from a lying position (in a bed or on a stretcher) to and from a sitting position. Not only is this lifting sling is suitable for most users, but it can also be used for lifts with the leg straps overlapped under both legs – when lifting single- or double amputees, for instance – or used to provide individual/separate leg support for patients who are particularly sensitive to pressure. The Guldmann Basic Comfort High sling is available in several sizes and is made from polyester net / spacer material, which can be used as a bathing sling.
