The Guldmann repositioning Sling is a patient turning solution that consists of several different slings. It is designed to ease the process of turning a patient over from supine to prone and has the ability to reverse the process. This procedure is generally carried out for spinal surgery or similar procedures.
The sling prevents friction and other effects on the patient’s skin and tissue. Using the Positioning Sling system, not only controls the process but improves the working environment and reduces the number of staff that is required to carry out the procedure.

The Guldmann positioning sling is suited for lift and transferring a person with disabilities in hospital, aged care homes, long term care facilities or healthcare facility.
The sling is designed to be used in conjunction with the Guldmann ceiling hoist system and is suitable for placing users in lateral position, re positioning in a bed, lifting of head and trunk into a half sitting up position, supine lateral transfers such as bed and stretchers or in connection with the changing of bed linens.
