Really wanted to pass on more positive feedback to you and your crew.  This was from one of the nurses on shift in the PM on the 12/5/21.

“ The tradies doing the ceiling hoist. A huge massive shoutout to them. They had been fantastic with the resident and redirecting when required. 

When the resident was on the chair trying to climb the fence, the boys were heading to the gate to leave for the day. They listened to our requests and slowed up and held back. They attempted to engage him in conversation to help get him down. And then once he was down and walking back inside I asked them to wait until we were inside before going out the gate. Which they did. It’s just so great to see a nice bunch of guys whom had not been exposed to aged mental health before he so respectful towards the residents and also assist us and follow our directions when required. So just want to say a huge thank you to them. They were fantastic and their boss should he proud. “ 

Thanks again to your crew for their considerate responses in an environment that can be quite challenging and for a very smooth roll out of the ceiling hoists.
