Late one afternoon, we received a call from Kaye and Jim, one of our long-time customers, who were dealing with a pressing equipment issue. Their hoist had stopped working, leaving them unable to move from their chair. With no one nearby able to assist, they were stuck. Without hesitation, our team loaded spare parts into the van and set off on a four-and-a-half-hour ride to help.

When they arrived, they discovered the cause: a rodent had chewed through a cable, rendering the hoist inoperable. It was an unusual challenge, but one they tackled head-on. Working into the evening, Tim and Tom repaired the hoist and ensured it was fully operational before leaving. For Kaye and Jim, it meant the return of their independence and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their needs had been met by a team that truly cared and followed through.
