At HLS Healthcare we provide annual maintenance and servicing plans to look after and ensure your hoists, bed turning devices and other healthcare machinery are in good shape. Our in-house servicing team that are fully qualified and trained, will provide any maintenance or servicing required.

By purchasing one of our maintenance and service packages will give you the peace of mind knowing that HLS Healthcare have your back in keeping the quality of care and assisting with reducing your manual handling load to a minimum.

The manufacturer recommends the following items are replaced as a minimum once each Patient Lifting Hoist has
reached either its 15 year or 20,0000 lift life expectancy:

• Replace all hoist batteries
• Replace the lifting strap
• Replace the drive motor belt
• Replace the hoist lifting hanger
• The manufacturer also recommends the following replacement timeframes for other assets installed on site:
  • Batteries are replaced every 5 years
  • Click Lock trolleys for GH1F portable hoists are replaced every 4 years

• Maximizing the operational life of your asset hence reducing cost of ownership.
• Asset reports supplied at completion of each Annual Service with recommendations identified to ensure ongoing
  compliance and to reduce operational costs.
• Fully Qualified and Accredited Technicians performing the servicing and inspections. This is crucial for
  compliance with the latest release of AS 10535:2024
• Genuine Manufacturer parts used for all repairs.
• Staff Training.

    Requirements with our HLS Representative.
